MidWest School of Diving is the Midwest leader in training recreational divers and dive professionals in scuba. We are the area's only career school dedicated to recreational and professional scuba certifications, certified by the Minnesota Board of Higher Education as a Career School.
This program is good for initial entry Open Water Scuba Diver through Instructor level certifications. This program also covers Public Safety Diving certifications.
MidWest School of Diving is the only dive shop authorized to certify veterans or current members of the U.S. Armed Forces in scuba diving while using either their Federal GI Bill, (Chapter 30 - Montgomery GI Bill, Chapter 33 - Post 911, Chapter 35- Survivors or Dependents or Chapter 1606 - Selected Reserve) along with the Minnesota GI Bill.
The Minnesota GI Bill unlike the Federal GI Bill does not expire, and is not affiliated with the federal program, only for residents of the State of Minnesota.
Quite a few of our scuba instructors are veterans, active duty military or members of the National Guard, our staff has served in the Marine Corp, Army, Air Force, Navy and National Guard (Vietnam veterans through current military).
